Ever since I was a child I have loved to craft!! My mother, Carol who has the same birth month as me (August - Birth Flower -Poppy) loves to draw and always believed in me owning my own business! Her mom, my Grandmother, Virginia, went a lot by her nickname, Ginny! Her creative spirit lives within me and I create from her! I use her crochet hooks, her sewing tomatoe and have several dolls of her displayed in my house!

My father, Edwin, was an Air Force Veteran and the Poppy is symbol of this. So together I named the business, Ginny and Poppy in honor of all the people who have believed in me and still do!!

I live with my husband, three sons and my beautiful malitpoo, Daisy!!!!

During the day I am a teacher's aide at my local elementary school. I love my job and the joy my students bring me! I love to see them grown and learn everyday!
